Following the success of its first edition, the European Biomethane Trading Conference returns to Amsterdam with an expanded programme, a larger venue and more opportunities for networking. Bringing together up to 350 participants, the event aims to strengthen connections across Europe’s growing biomethane market and facilitate discussions on the opportunities and challenges shaping cross-border trade.
The conference will welcome stakeholders from across the biomethane value chain, including producers, traders, off-takers, certification bodies, registry operators, grid operators and policymakers.
An Expanded Programme for Europe’s Biomethane Market
Building on the discussions of the first edition, the 2027 conference will explore the latest regulatory and market developments affecting biomethane trading in Europe.
Expert speakers and industry representatives will share their perspectives on EU policy developments, certification and traceability, cross-border trade and emerging market opportunities.
This year’s programme will also introduce parallel sessions, allowing participants to engage in more focused discussions on specific market segments and challenges, including dedicated sessions addressing the perspectives and needs of biomethane off-takers.
